The secure gateway for incoming high-voltage power. Equipped with Ring Main Units (RMU) or Vacuum Circuit Breakers (VCB), the HT panel ensures safe power entry with advanced fault protection, isolation capability, and earthing switches for maximum personnel safety.

The heart of the system - a Trinity-manufactured oil-filled distribution transformer that adapts voltage seamlessly from 33 kV / 11 kV to 433 V. Built with CRGO cores and EC-grade copper windings for low losses and long operational life across any load profile.

A packaged substation (PSS) is a factory-assembled, pre-tested power distribution unit that integrates three components in a single compact enclosure - a high voltage (HT) panel with Ring Main Unit or Vacuum Circuit Breaker, a distribution transformer, and a low voltage (LT) panel with feeder circuits and protection. PSS units are designed for rapid on-site installation, minimal civil works, and reliable power delivery for EV charging hubs, industrial facilities, commercial buildings, and residential complexes.

Trinity Cleantech manufactures packaged substations from 100 kVA to 2.5 MVA at 33 kV class, and skid-mounted substations from 100 kVA to 5 MVA at 33 kV. The annual installed production capacity is 675 MVA. Custom ratings and configurations are available for specific project requirements.

Trinity Cleantech packaged substations comply with IEC 62271-202 for high-voltage/low-voltage prefabricated substations. Enclosure protection is IP54 for outdoor installations and IP23 for indoor use. The company holds BIS certification, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001 certifications. All units are 100% factory-tested before dispatch from the Jadcherla, Telangana facility.

Yes. Trinity Cleantech PSS units are specifically designed for EV charging infrastructure - with more than 25 PSS units currently energising EV networks across India. The compact modular footprint, rapid deployment capability, and integrated protection make them ideal for EV charging hubs, depot chargers, and highway charging stations where space is limited and speed of installation is critical.

A packaged substation (PSS) integrates all components - HT panel, transformer, and LT panel - inside a single factory-built enclosure, typically used for ratings up to 2.5 MVA. A skid-mounted substation mounts the components on a structural steel skid frame without an enclosure, suitable for higher ratings up to 5 MVA where indoor installation or site-built housing is provided. Both types are factory-assembled and tested before dispatch.

All packaged substations are designed, assembled, and tested at Trinity Cleantech's 20+ acre manufacturing facility at Plot No. L19-L28, TSSIC Green Industrial Park, Jadcherla, Mahbubnagar District, Telangana - approximately 80 km from Hyderabad. The facility has served 18+ states across India's power grid.
